HOB/AIR FRY MODE

AIR FRY: Air frying uses little to no oil and quickly circulates hot air to create crispy fried food with up to 75% less fat than conventional frying techniques. Enjoy everything from mozzarella sticks and chicken wings to fish fillets and sweet potato wedges

Grill: The top of your food is perfectly caramelized by the intense heat from above. Perfect for grilling aubergines, halloumi, or marinated chicken breasts

Bake/Roast: Use the Ninja Speedi as an oven to cook a variety of foods, including roasted chicken thighs, baked cheesecake, spiced veggie pies, and tender meats

Dehydrate: To make handmade snacks, such as beef jerky, dried fruit, vegetable crisps, and cocktail garnishes, gently dry ingredients over low heat

Sear/Sauté: Use heat from below to sear or sauté foods like chilli, risotto, curry, and more like you would on the stove. Perfect for caramelizing onions to give a dish maximum flavour or browning meats to perfection before slow cooking. Also great for sautéing veggies and simmering sauces

Slow Cooking: For tender results, cook food slowly at a lower temperature. This method is excellent for pulled pork, vegetable chilli, and other dishes
